I have been working to expand my work, exposure and business. My first show was in September and was very successful. In the fall, I continued to find my voice in my work while also participating in Northside Artists’ Holiday ArtWalk and Handmade Holiday sponsored by RVA Craft Mafia. I have taken what I learned from these shows and the response from customers and friends to create new work! In the process I have applied to more shows for Spring and Summer. I’m still working on how to best use social media to keep my work in public eye as well as telling customers where and when my next shows will be.
